Steve Moran
Background
Steven M. Moran was invited in 1997 to lead Hot Wheels' design team in Hong Kong and became senior design manager in 2000, mainly managing the Hot Wheels Elite line. In 2008 he left the Hot Wheels design team to work in another Mattel division and left the company in 2011, going to Jada Toys; in the same year, he founded Moran Devices LLC. He returned to Mattel in 2012 as a 'mentor project lead' and left again in 2015.
