Background
Manson Cheung — Manson Cheung is a Hot Wheels designer and sculptor; the MC5 wheels bear his name. He created castings in 1/18, 1/43, 1/50 and 1/64 scales and made sculpts for other popular models. Projects associated with him include the Back to the Future DeLorean, the Ghostbusters Ecto-1, the Mystery Machine, the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL and the Rimac Nevera; in 2025 he worked on a premium Formula 1 collection with eight cars. Craig Meaux — Not a member of Hot Wheels' design team. Craig Meaux is an American hot rod builder and won the 2022 Hot Wheels Legends Tour with the Texas Toot, a monster truck based on a 1992 Autozam Scrum, with a 454 Chevrolet big-block engine, 30-inch wheels and train horns. The Hot Wheels Wiki associates with him the Mazda Autozam from the HW Dream Garage series (2024), made in collaboration with designer Manson Cheung.
